Read the professional archive note ↗What we do
Start with the problem you need to solve. We connect the legal, policy and partnership work around it.
Practical support for people, families, employers and investors navigating Zambian citizenship and immigration processes.
Structured resolution that protects relationships and avoids the cost and delay of unnecessary litigation.
Research and implementation support for public-interest policy, accountable institutions and rights-based programmes.
Legal and policy support that gives frontline communities a meaningful role in climate action and finance.
Our story
The archive points to one thread: people need a place where legal context, documents, images, status and next action are not lost across chats, email threads and folders.

An original 4032×3024 camera file records counsel with Madam Formisano and a professional guest. The archive date comes from embedded capture metadata, not the later download date.

Legal By Nature began around lawful mobility: advise, apply and advocate for people moving through Zambia citizenship and immigration processes.

The practice team took practical information about Zambian immigration permits into a market setting. The date is cross-checked against the original archive rather than the later download date.

The Tie Mwape archive and cannabis-testing work sharpened the public story: accusation, evidence, procedure and outcome must be kept separate.

A formal practice archive shows counsel alongside professional peers. Its date comes from the camera metadata embedded in the original photograph.

Mediation drafts, client workflows, community legal work and grant tracking now point toward a login-based portal for matters, documents and next steps.
Client case files
Clients sign in with a verified identity and receive a Legal By Nature client reference on first access. Each matter can keep the client, documents, timeline, tasks and next step together while private files stay out of the public website. A name or ID alone never unlocks a case file.
